One clear scope

For one business/location, one AI assistant, one US local number and one supported calendar. Domestic US use; international and premium-number calls are excluded.

Usage, without guesswork

Includes 1,500 billable telephone minutes and 500 SMS segments each month. Call legs and per-call rounding count; long texts may use multiple segments. Reminder calls and texts use the same allowances.

Before anything extra

Additional usage, larger changes and custom integrations are quoted and approved before extra charges. We agree how calls are handled at your usage limit before launch.

What stays separate

Your existing phone/calendar subscriptions and applicable taxes are separate. Standard setup and required messaging registration are included. Live-human answering, extra locations and custom development are not included.

Connected features and ongoing care

We confirm languages, calendar and forwarding compatibility during setup. A booking is confirmed only when the calendar accepts it. Required consent applies to messaging, reminder calls and enabled recordings. Recordings are kept for 30 days. Includes two minor updates, up to 30 minutes total per month.
