Privacy Policy
This policy explains how BuildRelay handles information submitted through buildrelay.tech.
What we collect
When you request a demo or send a project inquiry, we collect your name, email, business name, and the service or project details you share. You may also provide a website or phone number. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration or discuss the project you ask about. Demo requests may also receive a confirmation email. Submitting either form does not enroll you in automated marketing calls or text messages.
How requests reach us
Your request is securely transmitted to our server and sent to the BuildRelay team by email through Resend. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services. We do not sell your inquiry information.
Technical information and storage
Our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical request information for security and operation. The demo form uses temporary request identifiers to prevent duplicate submissions. We use Umami Cloud for basic website traffic analytics, such as pages visited, referring websites and browser/device information. We do not send demo or project inquiry form contents to Umami. This tracking does not use browser cookies.
Advertising measurement (optional)
We use Google Ads to measure whether an ad visit leads to a successfully submitted demo request, but only after you choose Accept in Advertising measurement. Until you accept, or if you reject, no Google advertising scripts load and no requests are sent to Google by this tracking.
After acceptance, Google may process ad-click identifiers (such as gclid), the page URL and referrer, IP address and browser/device information, and use first-party advertising cookies to attribute a demo request to an ad. We send a random transaction identifier to prevent duplicate conversion counting. We do not send form contents—including names, email addresses, phone numbers or inquiry text—to Google, and this installation does not enable enhanced conversions or personalized-advertising signals.
We store your Accept/Reject preference in your browser for up to 180 days. Before a choice, ad-click parameters may be carried between pages of this site in the URL; we do not store them in browser storage or send them to Google. You can change your choice at any time using Advertising choices in the footer. Rejecting after acceptance stops future Google tracking, removes this site's accessible Google measurement cookies and storage, and reloads the page. It does not undo data already sent to Google. Rejecting does not affect your ability to request a demo. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Retention and your choices
Demo and project correspondence is retained as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage the related business relationship, subject to applicable obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing shay@buildrelay.tech.
AI phone-answering services
This website form does not record calls or activate an AI assistant. Call handling, recording, appointment integrations and messaging for a customer’s service are configured separately, with the necessary disclosures and consent.
