How requests reach us
Your request is securely transmitted to our server and sent to the BuildRelay team by email through Resend. Our hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services. We do not sell your demo-request information.
Technical information and storage
Our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical request information for security and operation. The form uses temporary request identifiers to prevent duplicate submissions. This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics, or browser cookies for its demo form.
Retention and your choices
Demo correspondence is retained as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage the related business relationship, subject to applicable obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing shay@buildrelay.tech.
AI phone-answering services
This website form does not record calls or activate an AI assistant. Call handling, recording, appointment integrations and messaging for a customer’s service are configured separately, with the necessary disclosures and consent.
